There are two different radio systems for our radio tubular motors.
The older motors work with a unidirectional radio. You can recognize the motors by the F at the end of the designation.
The new motors work with a bidirectional radio. The motors can be recognized by the B at the end of the designation.
Case 1 - older motor (....F) - new handheld transmitter ST110-2 / ST115-2
Change the transmitter to unidirectional radio.
- Remove a battery
- Press and hold P2 button on the back
- insert the battery and watch the LED in the front
- if the LED blinks only once the unidirectional radio is activated
The transmitter can now be registered. To do this, switch off the power to the motor and switch it on after approx. 10 seconds. The motor beeps. Now press the stop button for 2 seconds.
Case 2 - new motor (....B) - new handheld transmitter ST110-2 / ST115-2
Switch the transmitter to bidirectional radio.
- Remove a battery
- Press and hold P2 button on the back
- insert the battery and watch the LED in the front
- when the LED flashes twice, bidirectional radio is activated
The transmitter can now be registered. To do this, switch off the power to the motor and switch it on after approx. 10 seconds. The motor jerks. Now press the stop key for 2 seconds.
Case 3 - new motor (....B) - old handheld transmitter ST110 / ST115
The new motors only work with the new handheld transmitters. A combination with the older handheld transmitters is not possible.
