The adapter has slipped off the limit ring or the motor has not been pushed completely into the winding shaft. |
Make sure that the adapter sits flush with the drive head with the groove above the spring. Push the motor completely into the winding shaft. |
The motor is not yet installed. | Install the motor according to the operating instructions and make sure that the motor is pushed completely into the winding shaft. |
The winding shaft is too short. | The length of the shaft must never be compensated with the motor, but with the roller capsule on the opposite side. If the shaft is too short, it must be replaced. |
You are turning the wrong adjustment screw. | Adjustment screw 1 is for the lower end point, adjustment screw 2 for the upper end point. |
